5D software launch

As you’ll know we have always sold and supported Husqvarna Viking software, with expert advice and specialist training in our dedicated computer room. What has changed though (and for the better) is the software itself! Gone are the days of MS-DOS programs, just 3 fonts and plotting every single point. Happily, Husqvarna Viking has invested heavily in cutting edge technology for both machine and software, which means that creating your own designs has never been easier.

The all new 5D embroidery system looks set to continue that advance! We’ll be launching 5D at the Festival of Quilts in August but if you want a preview of some of the new features, visit the website http://www.hv.5dembroiderysystem.com/ and sign up for news updates as they become available.

Festival of Quilts 18 -22nd August 2010

Only a few weeks to go now! We’re going to be on stand c35 at the Festival of Quilts at the NEC in August. Plans are in place to make this a show to remember. (This picture is from last year's show)

Not only will we be showing the new Designer Ruby and the new accessories and designs, we’ll be launching the new 5D Embroidery Software! Can’t wait to see it? Get a sneaky peek here! http://www.hv.5dembroiderysystem.com/

Sewing Shows

We really enjoy getting out and about and meeting people who can't make it into the shop, and where better than the Sewing Shows at the NEC? Last year we attended Sewing for Pleasure in March and Festival of Quilts in August
2010 show dates:
Sewing for Pleasure 25th - 28th March
Festival of Quilts 19th - 22nd August

You can see our stand is full of samples to give you inspiration, although often you inspire us! We really enjoy meeting sewing enthusiasts from all over the country, indeed from around the world. Shows are hard work and we're all exhausted by the end of week, but it's worth it!
